What we process

• Contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, message.
• Candidate registration: name, phone, e-mail, position, experience, self-employment status, countries, start date, driving licence, certificate, languages, additional information.

Purpose and legal basis

• Contact form – handling your message and preparing an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Candidate registration – selecting candidates for work or cooperation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name and contact details we cannot respond to your message or registration. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention

Messages from the contact form are kept for 2 years and candidate registrations for 6 months from submission. If we start working together, we continue to process your data as part of the contractual relationship for the periods required by law.

Processors

• Cloudflare – website and form hosting
• Resend – e-mail delivery of form submissions (servers in the EU, Ireland)
• Google (Google Workspace) – company mailbox

These providers belong to groups headquartered in the USA. Any transfer of data outside the EU is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and all files are loaded directly from our own domain. Our hosting provider may, where necessary, set a technical security cookie to protect the site against attacks.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
